Fyi, Ayer Hitam Plantation was one of the highest performance stock back in the 90ties with returns over thousands of % ;-)

For the stock to be performing superbly, the company must have been doing very well in sales and profit.

Expected vp on oct'17 but progress quite fast. Now is just jun'16.

This developer is famous for ahead schedule completion..
i bought nilam terraces completed ahead 8 months

85% completed. Guess early next year vp

At least it got tesco. Saw ad in news promotion till 28 jun. 10% rebate, free air cond, free carpark, 20k signature kitchen voucher. Is good buy for own stay as going to complete soon next year
