Uob payonline is considered online tranx by pbb, so it should be fine.

Iwk can pay with posonline, but min rm50 per tranx and they charge u 2% so not worth it.

ok thanks,

i just looked at my old OCBC statements, my 11.4.15 statement, i saw OCBC still gave me 1% for
all transactions.

My last statement ,11.5.15 bill RM3294 , i saw Cash rebate RM3.29 -----> 0.1%!!!,
and another Cash rebate CR Adj RM23.09 which i didn t know what was it for....
I stopped using it after that statement.

So this new change from unlimited everything 1%CB down to 0.1% just started in May 2015??

I was going to cancel it just now, then CS told me online transactions still got UNLIMITED 1%CB,
so i keep the card ....no AF , a free card..

Yes, started on 01.05.15, I thought it was a very hot topic about three months ago?

I have GE insurance with them so converted it to GE Plat. 1% for first RM 1k and subsequently after that 0.5%, not attractive at all but well just keep it for my monthly insurance.

For normal OCBC Ti, online transactions' 1% cash rebate is not unlimited, capped at RM 1k as well.

I heard the cash back is quite confusing. I think it's also happening to my own GE Plat as well.

Are you sure?

That means the CS i spoke to earlier gave me wrong information???

Any body else can confirm which one is correct??
limited or unlimited 1%CB for online transactions??

Where to read the actual T&C?

Oops, I think I mistaken it for GE Plat. Yes, can't find its TnC. For GE Plat, it did mention RM 1k but nothing about OCBC Ti.

i just got my july statement, i only have 2 transactions.
one for insurance and one for online transaction.
cash rebate for everything is 0.1%.

so i called up the CS to check why my online transaction is only 0.1% rebate.

the answer i got is, you will get 0.1% for everything in your first statement after the transaction. the balance 0.9% cash rebate for online transaction will only be credited in the NEXT statement for eligible transactions.

i will check my august statement and update if that is really the case.

Planning to sign up this card, mainly to take adv of overseas spending cash rebate. I have a gf who works overseas. Used mostly on material purchases like bags shoes etc. So far my research is leaning towards this card.. Any good advice is much appreciated.

ocbc tmc = 1% for online and overseas only (unlimited); others 0.1%
ocbc ge = 1% for anything (for the first 1k); after 1k 0.5%

Was it hard to upgrade to World Mastercard? Any conditions/additional documents? I'm guessing you won't get the first year annual fee waiver right?
