Yes, I went back last week and my mum passed me my letters. If I can recall it correctly, I did see it in my physical statement. Will pay more attention next time.

I used to have a transaction that only POSTED after 2-3 months....as long as not yet posted, you're not paying for it yet lol

i did use the 1% cb for online but i hate the credit adjustment system.

In your statement date, you willsee a cash rebate which is 0.1*statement amount.
Then another cash rebate of 0.9* eligible online txn from your statement will be credit in next 2-3 days, you will see it in unbill statement.

if you have ge insurance, just convert your ocbc tmc/blue/pink to ocbc ge card.

Actually even when I'm on GE Plat, I don't find it any interesting. Still looking for an alternative but I don't spend that much to get Watami cash rebate.

Is the CS able to solve it for you?

Yes, annoying and confusing. Now I only know I will need to pay my insurance but no concrete proof that I have paid for it. doh.gif Nothing shows on my breakdown. doh.gif

Unfortunately, you can only see in physical statement, I will pay attention to mine in the future or you have to inform your merchant to charge it to your new card.

I'm planning to inform my insurance agent... Else I can go crazy calculating myself but luckily my spending on OCBC is not much.
