PSU:COOLER MASTER G650M 650W BRONZE POWER SUPPLY

Ram:Corsair Value Ram 4GB DDR3 1600MHz x2
Ram:Kingston Hyper X FURY 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ

their price is similar so i dont know which to take.

PSU can go with Seasonic S12II. RAM can go with Hyper X Fury since the price is almost similar.

Yes, definitely. HDD does not consume much power anyway.

for me it would depends on existing software, as i used to autocad c3d 2010 so cant run it on win 8. heard win 8 interface not bad... still prefer win7 as its more mature than win8
