Ahh, then the Xeon would fit for your budget nicely. It's still an i7 without IGPU and 0.1GHz slower.

All for RM 4,400. Prices from Viewnet. But it seems that you want to OC it. OC don't need water cooler unless you want to push the very max. If it's just a simple OC the Scythe Asura is good enough.

PS - The R9 290 is on par with 780 fyi. The 1st build more onto gaming power Many RAM cause you're using Adobe. From what I've been on the web for some time I've learned that most of Adobe utilize RAM capacity.

Because it's still the same. It's only have the "K" which mean it can be OC. Xeon cannot OC. The Xeon, i7-4770, and the K variant are the same in terms of cores and thread but different in terms of GHz. Xeon 3.3 GHz and can boost to 3.7 GHz. i7 non K 3.4 GHz and can boost to 3.9 GHz. K is 3.5 GHz boost to 3.9 GHz and beyond by OC'ing. The i7 has integrated graphics while the Xeon has none and relies on the GPU as output to monitor. Since you want to game on it that's why I recommend the Xeon. Cheaper but in terms of speed more or less the same.

Nah don't think so. Budgets of often vary a lot, coupled with different usages. It's better to recommend based on their wants and needs in the thread.

Why do you need 4.2GHz for 24/7 for ?  Yes it can, but you definitely need a powerful AIO to keep it frosty. 

I suggest you build your rig around the Intel Core i7-4930K. OC like hell with six cores to play with, if you need CPU power that much.
