Your kind of setup.

I can see some reasons...

Got a the annual dividend due pretty soon....

Results isn't that BAD really....
some quarterly improvement in profits..
and valuations isn't excessive at all....

however.....
as it is....
based on the charts...

NO... I won't trade it..... not yet...... I will just wait and see how the chart develops first.....

laugh.gif

it's a bit like your Censof thing....
there's other better options in the sector...

and for now....
Bjauto is a much, much better choice.

And again... this is where KNOWING some fundamentals help... whistling.gif

BJauto has a much, much better profit record now...
Profits are bang, bang sound.....
and this is clearly reflected in the chart....

Remember better profits is always a GOOD ingredient for a solid stock...
If you want to be a good trader....
know your fundamentals....
Good profits will always attract 'investors' to buy...
and this form of buying always will cause a good base building for the chart....

If you are a trader and you do not know what attracts buying to a stock....
this is like trading in the dark....
or trading without charts....

Hello sir, May I ask what software platform are you using to perform analysis? I mean the stock chart? Because I couldn't find it in my trading page. I am using Alliance bank. Thank you and sorry.

Nothing much. Don't foresee any excitement for this couple of months.

Trying to lower down my property exposure in my portfolio.

You? Still waiting to catch fish?

Despite my more cautious approach, I did make a couple of purchases..... tongue.gif

I think it's a wise move.
Properties prices should hold ....
developer cost of land bank have increased over the years...
building material costs are high....
labor costs too.....

So if I am guessing....
there is a chance that we will see a market where prices remain relatively firm ...... despite slower sales...... sweat.gif

Yup. Agree.

But with that, I can't think of any industry that with be exciting.

I won't be surprise if you bought some plantation for long term, considering the low CPO price at the moment.. It will definitely be a good buy now.

NO wo..... tongue.gif

Did not buy any....

See... actually for me... I think the big CPO boom.... already ended a couple years ago....
that's when all them planters were literally sleeping on tons and tons of cash.....
the money then were insane...
now?
Good time is over....
I think la... (I might be wrong hor) ....
that perhaps it would take another 3 or 4 years before we see another crazy CPO bull......
my 3 sen opinion la....

and then...
same as before.....
despite the CRASH in the CPO markets...
them CPO share prices....
they held on relatively firm.....
NO MAJOR discounts were seen....

so.... how to buy now?

Which industry are you looking into now?

Do you think consumer products would be a good buy with GST coming next year?
Probably a surge of buying pre-GST like how Japan was?

Ah Johnny,

I think you do not know me....
so allow me to be frank for a moment....
I am one who is always willing to share and discuss questions but I am rather JUAL IKAN as I do not have any ideas/tips to share.
More so I am not a qualified adviser.
Talk wind, talk 3 talk 4 I am more than qualified..... laugh.gif

Regarding GST and per-buying of goods.
Hmmm..... I would agree that it's a possible scenario. wink.gif

Look around the other furniture stocks this time around....
note what's happening....
see which stock(s) is leading the market....
see what stock(s) is under performing.....
is the reason justifiable?
if not.... do you see this as an opportunity.......
observe..... smile.gif
