At time like this, coma stock like Westport moves. Lol.

They did mentioned in their quarter result that their average price dropped despite the volume increased.

Resistance appear to be at 1.06 and 1.10 now. Been quite frustrating to own Malton. Enter at 1.07 and been like that for quite awhile.

Those that bought at below 1 and sell at 1.06-1.07 a couple of times would have some good profit now.

That's a confidence booster to hold a bit longer...

I remember that when the JV news abt Pav 2, it didn't push the stock up as well. Last Thursday we see that Malton touched 1.10 highest with 10m volume. Even with such high volume, it fail to support and close at a higher price. The next subsequent trading day it was back to low volume and hovering around 1.07-1.08. That's a bit 'demotivating' I would say..

The next thing to look forward to is of course updates progress on the project. However, that would help push the price up.. To what extend, don't look promising to me as yet..

Boon gor, share with us your view on the chart lah. I know you want us to have our view first. So I'll start..

Chart appear to have a cup and handle formation. Unfortunately it fail to breakout and once again back to trading at the 1.05/1.06 level. Volume appear to show a sign of interest. But looking at one of the day with highest 10m volume, highest at 1.10 but fail to close at a higher price.. Boo... That's my analysis I can get from Malton.

Even with big guns also cannot shoot down this fortress. Need a bazooka?

Referring to Malton? Must read on waves rule already. Or maybe can help make the rest of us better understand help indicate the waves on the graph?

They have this land which they will develop in the future. Their impair it reducing the land price, meaning they sort of overvalue that piece of land. Impairing with affect P&L, reducing their profit. Now reverse back so profit will go up.

Yes. Rmb I mentioned earlier impairment will hit P&L. Reversal of it will "take it out" from it, hence profit will go up.

Boon, Malton close 1.09. If can sustain and close above 1.10 next week that would look more promising
