Jingting is used to cool the northbridge chipset while TT Silentwater is used to cool the processor

guys,
just got myself an c2d e6300 rig yesterday
with DS3
i want to ask if u guys install the software bundle "Icool" ?
coz i only install easytune 5
n what other software you guys use for monitoring the hardware
n my temp is 39c when idle. is it normal? coz last time i'm using amd onli 30'c

this rig abit pricey though but gonna last me for next few years
