siGh* - someone has previously told me that its due to stress, but it seems that my female is 'stressed' everytime it sees a male since day one - i've had it for more than a month now.

Her stress is making me stress

. She got her own jar and all - WC every 3 days - 2 good meals a day and she's STRESSED. Can anyone help with this?
LOL.. Well keep her away from other fish for a while, maybe a week? I too have a female betta who gets stressed quite often too. Whenever I see her vertical stripes appear, I keep her container aside so she cant see any other fish. Let her be alone for a week, then she'll be okay d.

This female also gets stressed when she overeats.. She keeps eating and eating like a piggy, then becomes stressed due to bloat I think. So now I ration her food very carefully and feed hr only half of what she usually eats.

last time i have 2 tank of fish also..
1 red parrot tank & 1 goldfish tank..
but always very hard 2 clean...
then aquarium wall always grow many green green thing & brown brown thing...
may i know how 2 avoid that???
Hm, betta tank no need deco at all.. IN fact, FAKE plants are bad for bettas.. Because bettas have long fins, which tear very easily on the fake plants.. So.. If u wana put a plant, a REAL plant is better as a real plant is soft..
As for those big tanks, I have no idea how to maintain them.
