do you think any fix can be done by SC on this? you know la..sometimes if got elder people close..they might close the door 2-3 times to successfully close it...
*
I suppose can try complaining to SC, see if they can do something about it. I only noticed the problem after the first service.
Perhaps you can try complain to SC and see how it goes? I'd like to know if it can be fixed or not smile.gif

One more thing that I have a huge problem with, is the seat contour. The only reasonable support the seat offers, is up to my lower back. I would have to sit awkwardly to have my upper back supported by the seat, and almost never do I use the headrest.

How about you guys?

I too have noticed this. The problem is because the steering wheel doesn't have reach (telescopic) adjustment. Thus gotta have our arms extended a little in order to reach for the steering wheel (and cause our heads to lift from the headrest).

My mom doesn't get that problem when she drives the car (she's really short, around 160cm height). I seem to be the only one having that problem, but I'm not tall either actually (I'm 174cm) laugh.gif

Although I find that I can overcome the problem by adjusting the seat slightly closer to the steering, and the backrest more inclined (rather than reclining it, boy racer style like how I personally prefer) whistling.gif

i notice that too, you might need to adjust the chair straight to fully rest your back on the seats...however the setback will be the arm rest will be facing downwards... rclxub.gif only if they have a stopper which can adjust the arm rest..then it'll be just nice...

For me I don't incline the seat until it's fully straight lah. I incline it just enough to sit comfortably with my hands on the steering wheel and entire back rested on the seat. Plus, lowering the steering wheel height by a little actually helps too.

Can say that you gotta take your time to find your optimum driving position lah. It actually took me roughly a couple of minutes of making adjustments everywhere to find the optimum position. Since then I havent had problems with comfort anymore tongue.gif

If steering is not straight when the tyres are pointing forward, that is also alignment out. In fact, think of it as both wheel alignment are out off center.
Check this from the Preve site, https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2978872, look for the 'Q&A with CAT team':
So, suggest that you try to close those 'hard to close' doors, with either one of the windows open.
If it is easier to close, it just means with the windows up, the car is air tight.

Another possibility is that the door latch needs minor adjustment. Something like this:

Not really, unless if the VS is added to the headlight power rail, which is pointless.
I found this video, though not sure what fixes did he put in. If anyone figures out something just from watching this alone, do share.

I think this could be the case, since after all the past few times that the door closing problem happened to me, the left side rear passenger door was the last to be closed

1) Mine too, and was worried about battery almost kong. Now that you confirmed this, I'm thinking to add VR, at least 1 Farad.
2) Mine too. Read about drivers complained that driver and passenger seat will have free play when car accelerate or decelerate, making kik-kuk sound. Sent to SC to remedy.
3) Clutch type CVT...
4) At the center console, next to the hazard light? Activates rear defogger at the same time.
Please read page 1, about not using additive for CFE engines.

For my car, tyre air pressure affects the FC significantly, even on highway.
That time was immediately after 2nd service (6 months @ 10000km), heading south with full passenger, cruising at 9~10L/100km @ 110km/h, so stopped at gas station to bring the air pressure up from 28 to 34 psi. Immediately:
- At 100~120km/h, cruise at 8~9L/100km.
- At 80~90km/h, cruise at 6~7L/100km.

After the trip, city driving FC reduced from 11.8L/100km to ~10.8L/100km.
Yesterday I checked, it was at 10.1L/100km.

yeah. me also always maintain the pressure at 35psi

Stop at hill, let go brake pedal and see if the car hold stationary for one or two seconds before it rolling backward

I noticed that recently my EB doesn't roll down the slopes as easily anymore compared to last time. Not sure if it's mind over matter or maybe I have gotten used to it already or what.
Gotta try it again when I face that usual slope again this weekend.

Sorry, I was wrong about the front demister, there is NONE.
The only way according to manual, is to deactivate 'recirculate' air, turn on the fan and allow the internal to dehumidify.

No worries mate..but why there's vents there at the first place....weird lol

Lots of other cars have vents there too. Not sure whats the actual purpose of it though.

I put my hands over it once, didn't feel like there was any air coming out of it laugh.gif

no. not the SC.
this is from EOCM group, and the members got a close relationship with a proton r&d staff. so they sat a time and place where they met and talk all about protons car, mainly on how to upgrade the car in the proper way, basicly on setting, grouting and trottle body servicing.
i accidently met this guys in another forum, and the results, great for now. yet to test drive for a long journey this weekend. nod.gif
