tried sideloading several diff version whatsapp...some failed (not working) some works but it returns need to update into latest version before able to verify and use..

finally....after asking a lot of famous shop and even official nokia retailler shop with dissapointment level too damm high (no stock)


i got my Lumia 1020 a few days back...its in white...very much like Luke in white versus his "dad" darth vader black....

as in this case...white lumia 1020 meet the granddad LG Viewty KU990 black




a few days back when my phone was runing stock OS fresh out of box..it totally suck battery and unusially hot even with just short fb browsing using uc browser (in speed mode to reduce data transfer)...

today after fully updated into black and then 8.1...i would say...i'm really happy i choose this phone....i got everything i need...even SMS tone can be changed now...wallah....


(my previous lumia was Lumia900 dev. unlocked which is still pretty limited apart from sideloaded screen capture and hacked xbox games)




now the only waiting game is WHATSAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Not many ppl nor phones can actually capture clear view of the moon unless manual settings done.

What type of screen protector u guys are using? One that fits nicely with the curved screen? Im thinking of grabbing a glass screen protector but feedback doesn't seems nice.

I bought a nillkin matte casing, it comes with a clear screen protector. Not 100% covers the entire black surface, but it does cover ever part, minus the front light sensor and front camera.

i bought nilkin fresh cover series (leather+polycarbonate) that comes with free SP....fit nicely...but the curved area it doesnt stick.... any suggestion better SP? (i prefer stick-on type)

ZzzAny owners of these two covers can provide some feedbacks? I prefer the poetic cover but as people in China called it, the Oreo isn't protected. The fake leather cover on the other hand is bulky and look a tad too complicated for me.

Leather cover at 69RMB including shipping

Both are quite pricey.

Anyone tried Qi wireless cover bought from Taabao? Will it be took much of risk to take (e.g. damage the phone/ waste of money)?
