Going to war with CIMB. They don't want to credit my cash rebate despite my airline purchase was clearly MCC 4511. They say it was a phone purchase according to their records (which is not).
I told them it's not a phone purchase and even if it's a phone purchase, there is no T&C stating that phone purchase doesn't entitle to rebate as long my MCC is in the rebate category. She say she will get back to me again. I am sure they will revise the T&C soon |

cash rebate card statement is on 28th. if i do the pruchase today and the posting date is on 28th, do i entitled 5 percent rebate on this month statement?
