must read the FAQ until the end of pages. more offer for online transition and airlines(MAS, not airasia since airasia charge extra for credit card payment).

CIMB can declare 20% rebate airline tic purchase or even 50% rebate if u buy a new car......but rememeber, MAX cash rebate per month is RM50 ONLY

Going to war with CIMB. They don't want to credit my cash rebate despite my airline purchase was clearly MCC 4511. They say it was a phone purchase according to their records (which is not).

I told them it's not a phone purchase and even if it's a phone purchase, there is no T&C stating that phone purchase doesn't entitle to rebate as long my MCC is in the rebate category. She say she will get back to me again.

I am sure they will revise the T&C soon

when using paypal, they incur service charge. i link my paypal a/c to ocbc bank and transact in RM, no charge.

may i know what does it mean by MCC posmode 81? i would like to know if paying astro bill online can get 5% rebate. under the utility exception list it is stated that only MCC 4900 is not entitled for 5% rebate.. i believe astro MCC code is 4899 (cable TV).. anyone can confirm?

Hi. I'm using Visa Infinite for cash rebate but it seems to be very little (0.5%) and NO petrol rebates...

CIMB is being tricky on the word Posmode 81 and those airlines MCC.

I bought firefly tickets also did not get my rebate either on 20% or 5% category. Now I rather use UOB VOX which guarantees me 5% rebate on online transaction.
