QUOTE(jkngo2003 @ Mar 26 2014, 11:36 AM) cash rebate card statement is on 28th. if i do the pruchase today and the posting date is on 28th, do i entitled 5 percent rebate on this month statement? Yes, if posting date is on 28th or before. That is your transaction is online purchase. Anyhow I would prefer it to go into next statement so my cashflow this month will be more as it will get the 5% rebate anyway. |

QUOTE(DarReNz @ Apr 15 2014, 11:09 AM) I've been using it quite frequently. Anyway I've called the CS and it says the Zing card will sent to me and the transaction will be reversed after that. If I used the card then it will auto top up RM100 once credit hit below RM50.I've also ask for the MCC code for my airline purchase which I did and the MCC is within the TnC one (MAS Airlines). So now waiting for my statement this 28th to confirm whether 20% rebate (capped at RM50) will be given. PS : I didn't buy the ticket online, it's over the counter at airport. |

QUOTE(fox_shinoda @ Apr 15 2014, 05:41 PM) same problem like me, I already received the zing card that I never signed 3 days ago. before that already called and tell CS to reverse the Rm10 Zing registration fees, as I don't need the Zing card as I have my own TnG card, and I never opted to have this Zing card in the first place. So far I don't see the Rm10 charge to be reverse yet. I was told it would be reimburse on the same statement or next. If next one which mean I need to pay the RM10 first |

I seriously suspect a flaw in their system on the airline cash rebate. I previously called and confirm the MCC for the airline tickets I purchase (Malaysia airlines MCC) which supposed to get the cash rebate but I didn't see the rebate in my statement

QUOTE(dhartini @ May 19 2014, 10:09 AM) I think we do get 20% Additional Rebate for AirAsia. On 28th last month, My 'Cash Rebate Other Retail' do include 0.2% of AirAsia ticket purchase. However, on 30th April, 'Additional Cash Rebate' appear in my transaction. I just calculate & it is exactly 20% of the AirAsia tix price. Mine still haven't reflect in my account even though I bought from MAS and MCC match the requirements. Anyone else can confirm this? I'm not really sure, but I can't think of anything else of where this 'Additional Rebate' come from. My last month transaction only consist of 1 AirAsia purchase, 3 departmental purchase & 1 gym fee. |

QUOTE(dhartini @ Jun 23 2014, 10:35 AM) Revised Terms & Conditions “2014 Exclusive Deals Campaign” for the CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum and Gold Anyone can confirm that the online cash rebate for now will be capped RM50 and not RM30? MasterCard Credit Card DATE: 2 June 2014 During the Campaign Period, the maximum Cash Rebate sub-limit of RM30.00 per month/per CIMB Cash Rebate Cardmember for E-Commerce related transactions for payments or services as stated in Clause 3 of the “Terms and Conditions Relating to Rebate and Benefits available under the CIMB Cash Rebate MasterCard Credit Card” (“Cash Rebate Terms and Conditions”) shall not apply and therefore the Eligible Participant can earn up to RM50.00 Cash Rebate per month for E-Commerce related transactions as stated in Clause 3 of the Cash Rebate Terms and Conditions. Which mean it can go up to RM1000 online transaction rather than RM600? |

Want to ask the additional cash rebate is given the same statement or the next statement. I made few purchases using GSC online which supposed to be given 15%. However, I don't see it in my latest statement yesterday.
Or the rebate is not applicable if I purchase the RM10 promo ticket from CIMB? |

With the new TnC on the additional cash rebate and cash rebate for e-commerce? Can someone suggest me the following example is correct.
Purchase made for MAS : RM296 Additional cash rebate earned (20%) : RM30 (capped to RM30) So how much can I swipe for e-commerce 5% to get the max rebate per month Case 1 : RM400 (the remaining RM20 of RM50 cap) Case 2 : RM0 (used up maximum RM30 - but that is for additional cash rebate so should not clash with the e-commerce rebate right?) Case 3 : RM600 (5% of RM600 e-commerce capped at RM30 but that will lead to my total rebate for the month equals RM60) So I'm thinking most likely Case 1 would be the scenario to maximise the rebate right? Hope someone able to answer me on this as it's quite confusing. |
