Supersound - you sound like a mad guy firing those who tried to help. Dont be so arrogant.
Wise card 10% rebate is NOT calculated for that month based on TRANSACTION date.
Instead of admitting mistake and apologize , you kept on insisting your are right - arrogant yet stupid.
despite a reply from HLB, you still didn't know you are wrong.
It is NOT based on transaction date. IT is based on posting date.
So if you swipe a qualified transaction at the end of month (last 1-2 day) , that transaction would not count in that month.
Well, I'm not sure it was due to pride or self esteem too high or he just can't be corrected, one thing I'm very sure is that he like to hurl unprovoked derogatory remarks, name calling to others in many threads he participated.
The irony is he posted and bold the official HLB's FAQ so big to prove us right

Nope, you are totally wrong on this, the first 2 transactions will be March 2014's cash back which will be in April's statement on cash back. But pay the amount on April's statement.
BTW, no point of arguing on this, just try your best to deny what the HLB's officer said. If you are not convinced on my statement, do try again your better excuse to deny the below statement(copied from FAQ)
16. Are the retail transactions in a calendar month are counted based on posting date or transaction date?
Retail transactions in a calendar month are counted based on transaction posting date. Cash-Back is awarded based on the total posted Ringgit amount of eligible retail purchases charged to the Wise Card.Am my explanation confusing? Maybe for some that with intention to be confused or want to deny my statement.
As stated clearly already, cash back are calculated based on transaction month or calender month.
Here is the root of his confusion with the language used by HLB and he still think transaction posting date is the date of transaction instead of date of posting.

Ok, before you hit your self bad or make your self really stupid, why not give call center a call or send them a message? Then let's see who right who wrong?
Transaction posting date means the date you do a transaction.
And posting date means the merchant submit their claim
