my first submission was KIV, because HLB doesn't accept online printed epf statement
took me a month and multiple calls to realize this, the telemarketer guy was agressive at chasing for my application
but failed to follow up this particular...terribly...
I canceled the application and resubmitted through another agent introduced by my friend
similar sheetz happens, CC department personnel called up to verify all my details, but progress stuck at card delivery
2 weeks of waiting, nobody call me but I called HLB for status update
HLB requires my utility bills to verify the delivery address...
another 2 weeks of waiting, there's still no delivery notice
again, I called my friend and asked him to request the tracking number from the agent
the card was actually ready for collection at pos laju office since last week....
collected the parcel, opened up and guess what I saw?
I applied for Gold Wise and HLB issued me a Platinum's....
called up CC Customer Service requesting cancelation
a Malay woman answered my doubt and told me the annual fee is waivable with 12 swaps per annum
I just hang up and recalled, another Indian girl answered and told me it's not
she said she'd proceed cancelation but unwilling to commit how long progress would take
another week gone without any feedback, I called up and lodge the complaint to another Malay guy
thank god he was helpful, he found no record of my previous complaint....
but he claimed cancelation could be done in 2-3 working days, and gave me a query number just in case
regarding the GST bill I've just received, he wrote in together as waive request
2 days later, a chinese girl from CC department called me for some verification works
and suggested me to swap the card within 45 days to get the GST waived
things starts to look like I've to resolve this on my own, rather than HLB finds its way to deal with this
some arguments, and she decided to proceed with my cancelation but leaving the GST to me, claimed that this is not part of her responsibility....
the agent had finally called me, after being pushed by my friend several times for follow up
again arguments, and she asked her manager to talk to me
blabliblubleblo, her manager agreed to waive the GST in the end
HLB? sorry the product may be the best but the way of servicing seriously pulls me off
Heard from my friend (he's working with HLA) that the agent will be interviewed by CS department manager next day, CS is taking this matter seriously, and my friend is trying to bring the girl down by login another complaint with the written support from HLA President Club member

This card is like...a tool to promote n ramdomly given to qualify applicant.
I hv got 3 fren wrk in same company.
P income 33k, C 11k n J 8k monthly.
Apply same time at mitc mlk roadshow.
Wan produce CB card but dunwan allowed ppl to own/benefit from it. Lolx.
