hi guys, since this month = 31days, so last allow transaction date should be 29/3?

Has anyone experienced fraudulent charges to his Wise card? I had it yesterday, received SMS at 14.49hr  saying my Card was debited RM200 at Petrol Station (at my regular kiosk).

First i thought it could be some late SMS for my last transaction. My last usage was 21.3.2014 as I had achieved my target Cash Rebate RM100 for the month. So the card was in my drawer since then.
But when i called up the CS at 1930 hr, i was shocked to know that my card was 'used' at that kiosk yesterday. How much the amount she doesnt know as need a few days to see in on screen.

Now all the hassle, cancel the card and get new replacement, sigh.......hopefully no charges to me, no new GST no AF and cancel the fraudulent charges..

so watch out guys, the SMS alert is not to be taken lightly!

If you still are in possession of your card, and the transaction is not an online transaction (card not present), then its some sort of late sms or other error.  Chip based credit cards are not clone-able, and malaysia uses chip transaction now, not the swiping one.  Visa and Mastercard are seeing an all time low number of fraudulent transaction after starting using chip cards.

the card was with me all the time , locked in my drawer , no one could access it. Never  out of my sight all the time when swiped at Grocery and kiosk at pump only.

Actually that was what i thought also, a mistake in SMS. But the silly  HL system  showed that card was swiped and RM200 withheld for petrol that day. But till now there is no charges on online checking. Likely to be a system mistake, but the CS already cancelled off my card, SOP she said, now waiting for replacement, what a hassle if there is really no fraud.

Why the HL system so silly could not even tell transaction done or not done on that day? Mistake on SMS not enough, mistake into the system showing transaction on the day i did not even use that card!

i dont get any SMS alert whenever i pump my petrol at any station. How come you can get? Only amount more than rm500 only they will send, i think.

Please fill up the SMS Transaction Alert form on Post #1 to set a lower threshold.

After filled up, must send to the branch or can fax to HLB CS directly?

Miscalculate still short of one rm50 transaction, any transaction that can be posted same day, cos today already 28th of the month. Which merchants use HLBank terminals?

You still got 3 days buffer la, so just make sure swipe something above RM50 today and hope that can come out before or on 31st Mac (3 days should be still alright I think)

any difference between registering with you and on the site? I just submitted the "call me" form literally 10 seconds ago.
