You will get the 10% CB for 4+3+1 transaction on your chosen categories.

May be some of the transactions were done on end-of-Jan but posted in Feb hence total count of trans < 10.

Was trying to check my unbilled transactions few minutes ago at HLconnect but after login and try to click on more details and got error message. Do u all have the same problem?

Bloodihel still can't transaction details at HLConnect but get this msg instead:

Sorry, we are unable to process your request now. Please try again later. You may also click on Message to report your issue or contact our Call Center at +603-7626 8899 for assistance. (2185)

Anybody manage to access without similar problem?

Miscalculate still short of one rm50 transaction, any transaction that can be posted same day, cos today already 28th of the month. Which merchants use HLBank terminals?

But then I don't have a Wise card to confirm. So perhaps others can help confirm on this.

Just want to recofirm the following. The first two transactions done on 30-Mar-14 but posted in April considered as April Tranx? So total Tranx for April is 8?

I went thru my previous statement and found a 'quite' similar situation. From the rebates I got for Feb and shown on 28-Mar it did not include the 3 tranx of AEON on 28-Feb but posted on 2-Mar, but then Feb-2014 is only 28days.

The rebate you got on 28-Feb for calendar month January of rm44(total spend=442.15) for groceries and rm39(total spend=392.49) for petrol already show that the two tranx done on 29&31-Jan but posted in Feb(rm11.2 & rm110) were not included in the January rebate calculation (shown on 28-Feb)

But from the list of transactions you attached it clearly stated otherwise. Why don't you recalculate?

The rebate you got on 28-Feb for calendar month January of
1) rm44 for total spend on groceries of rm442.15 did not include tranx on 29-Jan of rm11, otherwise should be rm45
2) rm39 for total spend on petrol of rm392.49 did not include tranx on 31-Jan of rm103, otherwise should be rm50

Maybe you should double check if these 2 tranx's rebates appeared on 28-mar.
