My friend just rented out his unit 2 bedroom unit located at the facility floor (extra patio area I guess, effective built up area for his unit should be more than the normal 883sqft) for RM2500 partial furnish.
He just added in aircons apart from the normal fans and lighting. Kitchen cabinet and stuff there already pre installed by the developer. Good price I would say and maybe the tenant likes the balcony area as able to head down exit the house from that direction as well, got flowing water canal view, etc. Very unique only units at this floor level 8 got the feature. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
