Nope, studio took a long time to clear but 2 bedroom sold in 2-3 months cos 2 bedder will be more easier to rent out here! Far from KL but near to major spots like Subang, PJ etc with LRT interchange to KLCC also...

True but AEON malls often target families.. But this area high student population from MSU n uitm near i city who often go to aeon bkt raja..

Yeah, I know ppl from BJ like to shop in Empire & Subang Parade & SJ area because no pork in BJ. PH ppl also shop there if they are sien with MP & OC but in the future with Damen opening, maybe lesser ppl from USJ & PH will go to Empire & SP?

Nowadays I go to MP more often instead of Empire, Subang Parade & Pyramid as it is much nearer & convenient. If Damen is as good as MP, then will go there more often also as it is nearer. Empire & SP will be 3rd choice!
