asking rental is high. hope it can transact at decent rates with most importantly great tenants.

Just finished the defect rectification. ID firm renovating the place now.will be fully furnished by mid December.

That building for the badminton courts a little too small. Just about enough to fit the dimensions of the court. Other than that is fine. This place convenient for grocery shopping. Right next to Aeon. But damn, the Aeon Mall has like a gazillion ppl during weekends. Crazy crowds

and they have no cinema in the mall... if comes with cinema.... it should be crazier... i think this is one of the best performing aeon mall in KV currently...

video clearly leaves out a lot more facilities on the rooftop like sky entertainment deck etc. I'll take more pics next time. 2 full facility floors.

subsale transaction completed for 3 rooms emira at 770k despite very recently VPed in this soft market.

decent 100+/-k gain for the owner

Previously yes.. Its more towards landed... But now highrise also got demand... Individuals preference have change...

is always too early to judge. 1 unit transacted doesn't mean lotsa demand is there. but anyway is good news. some1 like that place so they offer good price in the beginning, if continuously ppl offering good price .. then is not too late for u to celebrate. Highrise normally u can really know the price after 1 to 2 year handover. why say so ..
1. how is maintenance of the of the entire building. JMB doing their work ? or keep changing JMB
2. some developer or main-con, doing great work by cosmetic the workmanship .. but problem start coming out after the defect liability period . 24 months later ?
3. who staying there .. if local .. good price lo .. if student .. okok lo .. if foreigner .. see from which country lo ..

anyhow .. emira sitting in a good location ..
