Hi guru,
Just received the letter of delivery of VP for the key collection. However, besides payment of the individual tnb deposit, stamp duty, etc.. it's asking for the bulk meter deposit also (about RM1500) + bulk water RM276. Any idea anyone? It's the first time being asked to pay for deposit for common area. I feel it's strange and thought it is not the property owner to pay as we pay monthly maintenance fees already to the management office.
