Really dum understand the mentality of investor of such property.

They dunno how to put the property on rental arrangement or what??? Die die must sell either via 3rd party or lelong?

Even if you only gunning for flipping, logically still need say 3 mths to find buyer and another 3 months to get full payment what......

Like that also cannot tahan meh?????

But you are right need money for reno.....especially for studio or 1bedder......min 10k.

Interesting to find out if buyer even went to collect key or not...

there is no such thing as bad market.....

if market bad, meaning ppl cant afford to commit to purchase, then where else they are going to stay???? rent right?????

where to rent???? key location loh……..

if this location is as key as everyone here suggested, and owner is willing to meet the demanded rent, why cant rent out?

Hmm....
U have me think again...
Could be tenant want lower rate, while owner hard sell?.
Then u have oversupply situations... Where tenants have choice to pick... Then food issues... I mean those "haram foods" whistling.gif

Relax is only 1 lelong unit. Not 10 lelong units.
Out of 600 units, is bound to have owner that face financial difficulties out of sudden in his life.

The more important thing is to see how much the unit will be transacted. Will it fall below 300k?
I believe due to its good location and end product also satifactory, i'm sure the sold price will be high as well.

An owner can only hardsell if he has holding power. Otherwise owner will lower their expectation

Current market really so bad meh? Wait until ttdi and other development complete, going to be more oversupply than right now.

Nowadays, really need to think twice before investing in high rise unit

Looks quite nice...
Rent of 2.5k is consider good already . but better if 3k 😂

I rented similar unit for 2k.
2.5k is already very good. 3k forget it.
There’s oversupply everywhere.
In my option the occupancy rate is around 40%.
Hardly see any Chinese here

Well owners always want unrealistic rate 🤣

But like u said. Oversupply situation nowadays...
So it's tenants market... The lower u offer the faster u can fill up your vacant unit...
