is it worth paying 100k extra for Emira?

there's another completed service apt, TTDI Adina, with 6xx sq ft, launching price i think 2xxk only....and selling almost same price as Emira. rental ard 1.5k only...

can do or not?

really got to do alot homework on this.

Price is more expensive compare to surrounding property which is normal because OSK famous for its high pricing. They believe that the market are able to adsorb it and appreciated in near future. "who knows wat will happen"

Location is superb. with upcoming AEON "i not sure confirm anot, scare they ffk like previous plan", upcoming LRT " no idea how near is this to the station", mixture and mature township. Shah Alam not just all malay residences, there are many chinese as well.

OSK branding, dun bu11sh*t me please. check their previous property, speak with those buyer. ask them wat they think about OSK. you will get things like "poor quality, no follow up after VP, cheater "pangeae project", overpriced".

any previous OSK purchase or fans care to enlighten us?

called them yesterday.. the security is not 3 tier but got different entrance for retails n residence. retail carpark n visitors is in d basement.

dont quite like the concept of selling the shops out..show they wanna wash their hands oni

oh is the AEON exactly opposite or 50-100 m away?
I see very strong apprec. in the shops facing Aeon bukit Tinggi..
Anyone knows how big this Shah Alam Aeon gona be ah? the land is around 20 acres but TA research said they target mid sized with NLA of 400-500k.
