some of us might be annoyed by those kinda stupid question asked but for them.

this might be the only place to look for information as they have not been able to get any reply from elsewhere even in xda. from my experience, xda is not very helpful when my previous phone was having some problem, the reply I get was PEBKAC. I just reply the guy that I can afford to have my phone bricked and buy another one, can he. he just keep quiet.

Any of u guys experiencing problems such as Wi-Fi not working, bad battery drain, call issues, 3g/lte, light bleed? Or so far anyone had to rma their phone? Read some reviews and there seem to be lots of bugs.

anyone here using franco kernel? does it have the gamma control feature included?

nope, I am on stock rom and kernel, just rooted. but I do face battery drain when I was on xposed framework.

so far everything works fine and today is 2 months of using the phone

Nah, am on faux kernel. don't really use S2W/dt2W too, using power button and volume rocker to wake phone.

if someone go made the phone kernels w the 'Shake' function to wake your screen to turn on

Only issue I have is wireless. Its like phone is connected to wifi but doesn't receive data or at least its slow. E.g whatsapp msg I will receive 1hr late if I don't launch the app manually. Need to restart wifi or switch to mobile network. Tried finding solution, tried everything. Change wifi channel, off wifi optimization, change 2.4ghz band, turn location off, this & that. In the end I give up lol. Maybe its my router problem, using the unifi crappy router but then using for laptop no problem. Donno la, I also confused

I have the issue of not getting push notifications on my uni wifi, I'm thinking it's because they blocked the port Google Could Messaging service uses

I am able to get from gmail & hotmail. Only whatsapp & facebook doesn't seem to work on wifi. Possible also the ports issue but donno which port to open up

How bout signal quality? Can this phone work well with older routers on streamyx? How is ur router working for other phones like s4?

The battery drains reported here, is it due to kit Kat and the camera problem Google issued?

These problem is more like random case. Mine works well with Unifi router, doesnt have camera draining issue as well. There's some 'unlucky' users faced issue, some were admitted by Google and promised fix.

The battery drained issue shouldn't be a problem after you slap some custom kernel / rom. xD

But if you're having those weird phenomenon ( example mm-qcamera-daemon bug ), not useful on custom kernel as well. Most custom kernels focuses on provide longer idle time and tweak for performance, so I guess wont do much help on these issues.

It's more like random issues. Some were acknowledged by Google and promised a fix. Mic issue seems to had higher reported rate, but still it's random users. Was wondering if mic hidden in bottom right side will affect it or not.

yeap just tested it. but somehow i'm back to stock kernel. dont know why. hahahaha. love to adjust the color but then somehow i kinda get with the stock color just fine.
