The year 12 results will only be released on the 18th....it's probably too close for them to give conditional offers, so wait for the results....

It's pretty easy to get in as they cannot fill all places...star 92 and whatever isat will get you in....

But rumours has it that AMC may derecognise the sunway degree....probably due to lax admission policy...

Hello, I am exchanging to Clayton next year (semester one) and would like to have anyone to share their experiences (particularly on part time job) and also if there is any advice or tips for people like me.

Feel free to pm me or post it here, your effort is very much appreciated. smile.gif

Brookfield to build Monash Uni’s $145m student apartment project

MONASH University has appointed Brookfield Multiplex to build a $145 million student accommodation precinct on its Clayton campus in Melbourne’s southeast.

The 40,000sq m project will see 1000 new apartments built over four buildings.

There will also be retail and learning areas.

Bookfield Multiplex regional managing director Graham Cottam said student accommodation projects suited the group.

“Student accommodation is a great sector for us as it combines our skills in delivering quality residential developments with our experience in working in busy, live education environments,” Mr Cottam said.

The designers of the buildings are Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, Hayball, Richard Middleton Architects and McBride Charles Ryan.

While each building will have an individual architectural style, all will include common areas such as games rooms and lounge areas. Landscaped areas will also be developed between the four buildings.

Completion of the project is scheduled for December 2015.

Computer Science? I don't think you need the TI graphing calc (I didn't even use my scientific calculator much lol), as our math units don't require calculators. But it may be helpful for certain things tho.
