Yape, the 4 years degree can be awarded as 1st class, 2nd upper and 2nd lower.
It depends on your weighted average grade throughout the course with exception of 3rd year elective and placements.

Ya you're enrolled as a Monash student already. However, you need to use WES to enrol the units for the semester. WES is also used to check the final exam timetable during each semester.
Regarding which units you should enrol, you can ask your course manager at your respective school.

Usually will guide you how to do it during orientation week. so don't worry so much for now.

Not sure about business course but in pharmacy, the supplement paper is offered to you. You can't apply to sit for supplement paper anymore.

Looking at this website, I think different faculties have different set of criteria and rules for granting supplement paper.

Can try PJS9 landed house. It is a gated community. I used to stay there and rental for single room is about RM600 including utilities and Internet. It's about 20 minutes walking distance to Monash.
