FZ never use Nikasil.
Diasil is cheaper to manufacture, no coating, no steel liner... very good, even R6 uses it.

Some Suzuki also cannot rebore. Those with the special coating ones.

If the eagle eye use HID, will kill battery coz it's 30W constant, unlike standard bulb, and when voltage drop below 12V, it will draw higher current which is bad for the stock wiring. If use LED bulb, no problem.

Carb setting, maybe the pilot screw (it's a fuel screw) open too much causing rich.
Air filter needs cleaning.
Bad plug.

Bad idea. If carb setting is done right, can have better mileage than FI.
FI parts also generally more expensive.
Diagnosing FI failures also not easy, need to troubleshoot, and trial on error.

Did u do hard break-in for your engine?

Seriously though, what's the width of front rim again? 1.4? 80/90 is fine, 80/80 or any bigger size is no-no. Depending on model, some owner front tire scratch fender, but nothing should stop you from doing that.

I'm using 80/80 front 1.6 and rear 1.85 rims.

If interested to mod, buy a 5k variable resistor.
Connect to the TPS socket, and you get a timing adjuster.

Shorting out the TPS just tells the CDI 'full throttle' all the time. In some cases, it means retarded ignition, so you're bike is losing torque in the midrange, when it should be advanced.
