Has anyone been informed when they can sign the SPA?
Lawyer not very efficient, should have prepared immediately after Buyers sign Booking Fee right. Then just key in the Developer details after getting APDL. Already more than 1-week after APDL is out, still no news yet on signing of SPA. |
