tiara mutiara have to buy PA insurance kau kau if wanna stay there as access in and out damn jialat easy for traffic mishap. dont believe go see for yourself how jialat. cars coming out from petrol station, cars coming from oug parklane 4000 units soon, big lorries coming out from industrial area. never see a place as jialat as this

the units facing the road especially die standing due to noise,dust pollution. estimate only maybe 5 meters from the road. some more view is petrol station and mamak restoran and flower shop.

9 seputeh is more expensive, no car park, leasehold, high tension wires running beside the development (northern side), nearby oxidation pond, and for 1 of their smaller unit 1 of the room also have no window so i dont really see how they are "better" but hey, to each their own ya

Bro. 10 level of Parking level and each level got A & B (lvl 1A and lvl 1B).
So those bought at lowest floor, possibly need to drive all the way to 10th floor for parking.

From the point I see,
SB seem good for Short term flipper, while RV seem good for  own stay and rental play.
