tiara mutiara have to buy PA insurance kau kau if wanna stay there as access in and out damn jialat easy for traffic mishap. dont believe go see for yourself how jialat. cars coming out from petrol station, cars coming from oug parklane 4000 units soon, big lorries coming out from industrial area. never see a place as jialat as this

the units facing the road especially die standing due to noise, dust pollution. estimate only maybe 5 meters from the road. some more view is petrol station and mamak restoran and flower shop.

went back to their showroom with my other half this time and really impressed with all the things provided together with the unit which means id dont have to think about renovating, designing and also crack my head into spending more money later on.

most of the lower floors are all fully taken and now what i notice available is 15th flr and above smile.gif

their show unit is that open for public? because tomorrow i wanna go to view.. or need to call the agent make an appointment 1st?

other than the room no window ......

9 seputeh is more expensive, no car park, leasehold, high tension wires running beside the development (northern side), nearby oxidation pond, and for 1 of their smaller unit 1 of the room also have no window so i dont really see how they are "better" but hey, to each their own ya smile.gif
*
icon_rolleyes.gif pls.. cool down.. hello hello is like that so don be angry and fighting.. but is really wanna compare south bank still the better choice.. thumbup.gif

Yes. compare and do more research and find the best suit your preference.

as far I know,

S9 vs SouthBank vs RV

1. Lease vs FH vs FH
2. All 3 beside ORK man road.
3. 800psf vs 750psf vs 700psf
4. Party furnish vs No furnish vs Almost fully funish
5. No car park vs 1 car park vs 2 car park
Just sharing. Correct if Im wrong. Cheers~!

Bro. 10 level of Parking level and each level got A & B (lvl 1A and lvl 1B).
So those bought at lowest floor, possibly need to drive all the way to 10th floor for parking. shakehead.gif

This make me pull back. Unless u buy the highest floor and get the lowest floor parking lot. Otherwise.... good luck.
*
i booked an unit at southbank high floor..
680 per sf.. blush.gif
so you think which one better.. lol..

It may Look good from this point for SB. But it also may look good on RV on the other point.
As I say, different ppl, different preference.

(SouthBank) 700k++, 1 car park, bare unit. VS (RV) 600k, 2 car park, fully furnish.
From the point I see,
SB seem good for Short term flipper, while RV seem good for  own stay and rental play.
*
my SB 650k net with 953sf
i think is really good deal.. i knew this (RV) fully furnish.. but the location different.. if you work at town.. is more easy.. even go to work or back to home...
honestly 4 years later.. i think the rental will drop.. but OKR too much condo.. so you mean rental play (i'm not agree)
SB tower B i floor with 11 units.. come with 4 lifts and one emergcy lift..
i not sure RV.. anyone can share??

i was there 3 times, and it was always open and quite packed.  try going there late, say after 12 pm but before 5 pm.

understand your frustration but do give it a view before saying yes or no.
*
as "hello hello" they got no window as some bed room.. and heard a lot about bad comment on this delvoper.. so.. i already give up on it..
as i know if they said open at fri-sun 9am to 5pm that i'm fine..
the reason is how come they opened late? this never happen in the strong delvoper..
then you know how they lead or train thier team.. so i have no confident on this project..
sorry for those who are make the booking..

when to their gallery last weekend. overall concept is good the only issue is location for me, like sandwich front is pear suria back is future development really compact.
