Just to share. I've booked a 909sf unit @ 7th floor. I was told by the agent that only living room and bathroom fitted with plaster ceiling. And he gave me false info that all 3 rooms fitted with plaster ceiling when i placed my booking. Can anyone mind to share on this. Tq

It is fixed with plaster ceiling and the agent said "You are getting what you seeing now". It was my mistake never asked him to mentioned it in booking fee. Anyway i like the unit and don't mind paying extra the renovation.

booked on 2.5.2014 with Mr.Tan Yoong Wai from Yit Seng Realty. A friendly guy but he never aware of plaster ceiling things i suppose. :-)

i saw few units left at level 7, 11 and 12 if not mistaken when i placed my booking on 2nd May. whether its fully booked or developers trick, im not sure about it.

Call 03-79802666 for viewing show unit. I been there 3 times and it was opened and not packed.

In a way he try to convince himself that he did a right choice. Haha... I used to do that when I was a kid. Just pray hard that the pantai sewage treatment will be done as promised or ull regret later. I stayed at gemilang indah condominium and moved out from there because of the smell from sewage treatment pool. All the best. :-P

Not bad... learned new way to make money. Just pay 5k n wait for 2 to 3 mths n transfer it to others n make 10-20k. If cant managed to find a buyer, just cancel the booking fee n get back ur money. Smart fellas.
