Thanks for your support! However due to some reasons, I have decided not to share them.

I must however make a disclaimer: I am a real estate agent currently also working for Tiara Mutiara 2 property.

Hence no matter how I put it, I believe I will still be branded as having personal interest. 15 years of forum cyber life cant be wrong.

Here is some pictures for those who have never went to the site. Cheers!

Maybank is super fast in approving! It only took them 2 working days to do it for ours. But cimb bank taking pretty long. The maybank officer is really aggresive while the cimb guy is slightly less aggresive. But anyhow I believe the rates are the same.

I have stayed in condo before moving into landed with my hubby. And I still definitely prefer goin bck to condo hence why we bought another in RV. So we will opt to either rent the landed out or keep it 1st (havent decided) when RV completes. Cant wait! The 3 yrs feels long!

Can I check with you, on the type of Loan that Maybank approved in your Letter of Offer, does it state something like MaxiHome Loan, etc

We r taking the flexi home loan if I m not mistaken bcz according to them, It can offset the interest if we hv savings in the bank... something along that line...

I am keen on specific details, i.e. name of Loan that appears in your Offer Letter cos mine was stated as Term Loan.

I was under impression that Name of Loan should be MaxiHome XXX. Then it can be fixed term loan or full flexi loan.

For my other Offer Letter, it had the Name of Loan, such as OCBC Home Loan xx

cos Maybank has a product called 'Term Loan"

But my Loan was just called Term Loan.

Maybank brand name of MaxiHome does not appear any where. Thus wanna ask does your Offer Letter says MaxiHome xxx

Don't think it will be so soon. APDL just issued. You should inform the SA on who is your Bank that you will be using so that they can also start work on the Loan Agreements and u can sign both SPA and Loan Agreements on the same day.

Heard SPA / Loan Agreements can be signed at the Sales Gallery.

Bro, u signed the Offer Letter only or also the Loan Agreements such as Facility Agreement, Deed of Assignment, etc.

Normally, Loan Lawyer will not recommend to sign the actual Loan Agreements until the SPA is signed cos its a Condition Precedent in the Loan Agreement that the SPA must be executed first.

Wow congrats for getting BLR-2.45 and Flexi Loan from RHB.

RHB gave me BLR -2.40 and Semi Flexi loan...

Decided to take AmBank because they offered BLR-2.43 and it is a Full Flexi Loan rclxm9.gif

Anyway I have spoken to my SA and she informed me signing of SPA may take sometime next month cause they are still preparing all the booking form to be given to their panel law firm.

no problem bro, was concerned that if u signed the Loan Agreement and somehow did not sign the SPA, it will be complicated.
