nice upgrade, everything will now be twice as fast!
i had my hypptvbox in the drawer for >3 yrs... becos i paid rm199 w/o pack.
after 5 calls and 1 month of haggling with unifi (after reading others paying 169, 179), i finally got megapack.
to be fair, the current megapack is reasonable with a few decent hd channels, so i started to use it again.
my orig dlink router is >3 yrs old, still working. but i had replaced it with an asus which gives stronger wifi and more stable ethernet.
it's good to know u had orig dlink router working with dtshdma/ddtruehd - can keep it as backup for just-in-case.
my orig modem kaput a few months back, had it replaced foc.
My TM/DLink router is on the first floor, and I have lan cables connecting it to another router on the ground floor. All htpcs are connected by lan cable, wireless lan only for the few tablets and mobile phones, present speed is more than adequate.i had my hypptvbox in the drawer for >3 yrs... becos i paid rm199 w/o pack.

And no point for me to upgrade to Gigabit router at the moment because the NAS (Raspberry Pi) is not Gigabit-enabled. So as I said, I will consider a new router only when the present TM/DLink goes kaput.
