That's why i also added the TLDR version. Kodi on its on will not include ads. Third party addons YOU install on the other hand can. Its just like stock android, Google didn't build in popup ads as default but when u install a shifty app that does..., then u bear the consequences. Same applies with Kodi.. Hope this is more clearer.

Did you install the IPTV Stalker addon first before configuring the pvr client? Cuz it requires that addon to work. Also, if after restarting KODI, the TV menu doesn't populate properly with the EPG data as well, simply go back to the TV settings and disable and enable it again, exit and reopen KODI, it should now work. Happened to me as well and that resolved it.
Review: EPG is quite extensive and accurate however all the channels I tested (about 10 or 15) were of SD quality. Good for the tablet but large screen TV? meh.... Guess can't win all eh.

Just upgrade. The installer will do its work.

yes that what I do...and it works everytime. a nerd question after shutdown u usually don't switch off the plug?

chief - how to make the EPG sync with the TV programs? I have changed the time zone to numerous country and still not sync properly. currently i'm using malaysia time zone...

can give some advise here...OR is no way to sync the EPG since we are in Malaysia zone?

I'm unsure what you mean as I followed the steps on the website and everything works perfectly including EPG timing (current programme titles and upcoming programmes show up in the guide section, displayed as Malaysian time). Currently in Malaysia, time zone in android main settings also set to same. Running KODI 15.0 Beta2.

Bad buffering only in astro sports channel, others not so bad. Am on unifi 10mb line.

I've run into issues like that before, a mismatch. Sadly, don't think there's more that can be done beyond reporting to the guys who are in charge of maintaining the EPG & IPTV links. So its corrected.

Hi I am newbie to XBMC. Just got my Minix Neo X8H Plus about a week ago. Still struggling to learn all the tricks.

I am currently trying to figure out how to get the 'basic playlist' and 'smart playlist' to work. People said I need to get that up in order to see that hidden MOVIES menu on the XBMC Home Screen.
