QUOTE([LinkZ) ,Aug 20 2007, 10:55 AM]Guys, i just recently brought my 360 but there's no edition like what you guys comparing everything, like core limited and stuff. My box is something like pure white with some "lingkaran bulatan" green color in the front box. What edition is that? And what is "NTSC|J?" And yes, where did ur xbox360 manufactured from?Mine they write "made in china" on the box...wtf lol! Whats the serial no.....to identify the manufacturing date..who knows yours come with the extra chipset... Your console: - 1) Premium 2) NTSC/J = Asian or Japanese version, most likely yours is Asian 3) Made in China=If I not mistaken, it is either Made in China or Mexico..correct me if Im wrong...GuYs 4) 120GB add on harddisk is available now..but darn pricey..... Thnx This post has been edited by silencer: Aug 20 2007, 12:48 PM

Hi there wanna ask, for new buyers. The xbox 360 in most sungai wang stores now come with the benq dvd rom drive and extra heat sink or is it just the old stock?
Is it true all new xbox 360 will not be able to be flashed due to Benq DVD-drive unless the old stocks which are using Samsung or hitachi.

yea... 3 month 1 to 1 exchange.... then 9 month warranty from MS SG... but you have to pay on the 9 month for shipping back to SG...

yep and it is much more worth it if u pay GH to claim the console from SG. just calculate: petrol 2 ways = rm 100 tol 2 ways = rm100 other misc in SG like parking etc = rm 50-100 not including ur time spent there. with the amount of time u saved, might as well do some other things here while waiting for the console to return. just my 2 cents

well if you take but there not even RM200... but you have to spend about whole that there... then also you have to get a fren to call for you in SG so that they can contact him/her back for the date of availability for the replacement...

Serious yet noobie question here guys,
1. Can PAL [Australia] can playable on a Asia Xbox 360 console? 2. I'm actually planning to buy a copy of Limited Edition BioShock from Australia, but its PAL....anyone know if its region free? I know the NTSC US version is playable on most console...

not sure whether BioShock[PAL] is region free or not unless someone test it and confirm it. http://egamia.com/wiki/Region_Free_Xbox_360_Gamesaccording to here, its playable but no proof of its validity This post has been edited by acougan: Aug 24 2007, 03:35 PM

Commonly when a game is region free it will be for all. So I'm definitely sure PAL Bioshock is region free same as NTSC/UC.

new to consoles here.
Can i ask how long is the warranty if i purchase xbox from game shops? eg djinn's or bernard's? The elite version comes with better heatsink and epoxy rite? Is it effective in dissipating the heat generated? IIRC, there's no 65nm version out yet rite?
