Fall Update Technical Issues : - this also affected umodded consoles, many modded consoles also survived or unaffected after updating their consoles with the Fall Update, so this matter covers both modded and unmodded. For this issue, I think it is just depends on your luck.

heheheh...rebull was playing gow (LIVE) when I went to his house 2 nights ago....seems MS still not ban yet. That story was like October 2006 so it's an old news, so far there is no official reports hacked firmware machines are being mass banning. my half cents only.....

Commonly when a game is region free it will be for all. So I'm definitely sure PAL Bioshock is region free same as NTSC/UC.
