You can definately get more than one VI. The annual fees is the killing part.

only for restaurants operated and managed by Westin KL.

For eg, i was told that MBB 50% dining is not applicable at Gastro Sentral Le Meridien as it's not operated by Le Meridien. It's better to call their dining reservation to check first.
