shouldn't you contact m2u team instead of amex customer card?

That's the email they gave me. Call centre rang me lunch time to officially acknowledge my complaint (7 days later) and informed that their IT department has been notified. What efficiency. As others have said, if it were not for the treatpoints...

My big boss who is a foreigner (Middle Eastern if you want to know) started working in Malaysia on last year's October. He went and opened a bank account with Maybank by using our company's letter which stated his monthly salary and came back with a lot of goodies that time. I didn't ask further until yesterday he was so frustrated because his card didn't go through for his purchase in Lazada. laugh.gif He straight slammed the card on table and I coincidentally walked pass him... I asked why and he told me his debit card didn't go through. Sekali I saw it was the Private Wealth debit card. laugh.gif

Anyway, he asked for my opinion for credit card and I told him to get M2Cards Premier because he flies all the time and it's definitely a good way for him to earn some miles as he always upgraded to business and first class on his own expenses. I hope my suggestion is correct. You know la I'm still too far from this kind of Premier cards. laugh.gif

Frequent flyer do love airmiles more than cashback due to value. On average they are equivalent to 20% cashback!! rclxm9.gif

He surely has no time to track his groceries spending like I always do. laugh.gif Even for his wife's mobile, he always asks if I can help to reload. I'm more than happy to reload using my Wise. tongue.gif laugh.gif

Hello all sifu

My annual income right now is about 72,000, however I am interested to this Maybank premier card which allowed me to collect airmiles asap

Is that possible if I pledge FD 30k to get this card?

Some said the minimum CL is 30k, so if you have existing Maybank cards then you can top up to make the CL to 30k.
You will need to check with the nearest branch.
