Are you sending for warranty? Or yours already finish warranty?

You can ask them when you send them, for mine they got 2 different story, the first worker was telling me not sure if is battery fault, need check then need to see if got spare parts, etc etc...then I just tell him, I know its battery problem and I gonna just pay for battery then he say ok, but not sure how long can be done. After that another worker beside ask me HTC one m7? and confirm only battery problem? If only change battery can come back in around 4 hours. In around 3 hours+ they call me to come collect d.

For my first time sending for warranty, I got shit service like others too, send for 1 months + everyday call to follow up till one morning Customer service told me I can go collect, when i reach there, the worker tell me not ready yet need few more days, I make noise on the spot and talked to their manager + the CS person that ask me come and collect, in the end they say next day for sure will ready, so i came back next day and able to collect. This gonna be my last HTC phone, especially their service center in PJ close down its much more troublesome for me to send to KL  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

Warranty finished dy. Will pay for battery since you said it is just rm150. But they open only in normal working hours, right? Not sure if I have the time lol. If weekend, can la.

I will stick to HTC, been using this brand since 2011 and I like the design a lot.

I also been using since HTC Desire era, but the warranty really troublesome sweat.gif and not gonna get non-removable battery phone anymore, so troublesome to replace the battery sweat.gif

I finally send in my phone to LYN 4th Floor at a place called Total Outsource Management today. Let's see how long it will take. Anyhow, I've complained in HTC main FB and not at HTC Malaysia, next day got a call from HTC Customer Care. That was like 2 weeks ago. She told me stock not in and from there I started to grill her abit and apologies to her its not her fault and its the management. How can they NOT know how much it cost for the battery and unsure when is stock coming in? Don't they have a logistic company for it?

After the grill, she finally told me its RM129 for the battery and RM80 for diagnostic.

So yesterday I decided to call up the CS and guess what? CS told me he can't confirm if got stock and again the BBQ started again. He apologies and told me he will get back to me ASAP and he did follow up. Got a call today saying there is stock and I should bring it in for repair.

All these while, I have been messaging HTC fb and updating them. Let's see how it goes and prepare popcorn ya

Wow, HTC service really sweat.gif Anyway, why your repair so expensive, RM129 + RM80? I dont recall they charge me diagnostic fees that time. Hmm, if they got stock they cant do same day repair? hmm.gif except you are checking other faulty parts, if not I dont think it gonna take long to just change battery.

Normal la, I have a very tiny hint of hope left for HTC to buck up but it seems like its not. I plan to fix it so it can be my spare phone once I get a new phone. Thinking bang for the buck is Asus Zenphone 2 with 4G of ram. which is really quite good. Few friends are using it

Hahaha. This is why even though I've asked about changing battery a few weeks back, I'm still reluctant to send in. Quite bad experience during the purple tint fiasco. Lol. Overall I'm still liking the phone la. Except for the battery, which let's generally ok until 20%, then might randomly die after that.

Hello! Anyone knows what's the cost to fix the camera purple tint issue and battery replacement for the One M7 at the HTC Service Centre? And how long does it take for them to fix it?

And other than official HTC Centres, are there any trusted phone repair shop that can fix this issue? Possibly around Klang Valley.

Nop. It's single sim but with memory card slot.

I've been searching on google but still can't find anything that relates exactly to my device.

It might be the Japanese versioj of the HTC One (HTL22). You mentioned it has an SD Card slot.

Yup that's the one.

But I think can't use our LTE. I have tried at places that have LTE but no luck.

Other than LTE everything else is good tho.

Hi all,
Does anyone of you have problem loading facebook and google chrome using M7?
For my case it will say "can't connect right now" with FB
Can't connect to server when using google chrome.
So far only these 2 apps are affected while other apps seem ok.
I am not sure if the problem is caused by the phone itself or by the carrier.

Hi all,

Mine HTC one M7 having data connection problem and battery problem recently after update to lollipop.

When Wifi at home no issue with internet, everything works fine.
When switch to celcom data, connection are not stable/weird. Whatsap, facebook messenger, email most of time no problems at all.

But facebook, google chrome, all internet browser cannot use.

Read in other forum that lollipop spoilt the app that control switch of LTE - 3G network so when LTE signal drop, it does not connect back to 3G.
Tried using 3G only but issue still persist.

Anyone know how to solve the problem?

Battery was good before update, but after update, sometimes it reach 10%-20% and auto shutoff suddenly... charge it and it showed 1% battery (empty)

Tried clear cache but no improvement.
Otherwise when full charge use until about 20% still good like last time, just when below 20% risk of sudden shutoff anytime... used to drop slowly and warming 15%, 9%, 1%, then only shutoff.

Any solution?

Thanks in advance.
