At last after 1 year, Send my phone to warranty for purple tint + sim card issues and what surprise me is that I purchase at May last year but when check at service center, my warranty is until end of this month and the service center personnel promise me to fix within one week, still waiting for call now

HTC service center and customer service is a joke, service center personnel told me can collect within 1 week, and now had been 3 weeks plus I have a flight today, and they promise that I can collect last Friday then drag to Today (Monday) morning, and I call them still unable to collect.
My next phone will never from HTC anymore |

That's saddening. I'll reconsider too. This is my worst experience ever encounter in Customer Service |
