TBH i nearly shed manly tears when watching Rio and Vida pairing again just like old times. And surprisingly both are doing really good job. Sad Vida will leave soon.

He couldn't even beat the local fiercest rivals, yet the board and SAF expect him to win against Europe elites? Com'on, this is United we are talking about. We are always winners. We should find a manager that can bring us forward, to challenge the likes of Barca, Real, Bayern, to do what SAF couldn't do. Yeah, SAF is a legend but he is still a human. For the good of the club he should be a motivation to the successor, not a bloody limitation.

I share the EXACT same sentiment and please dont give me this transition bull as its just a bloody excuse for failure.
I have said before many teams are in transition with new managers but for United to be from Champs to Chimps under new manager and his merry go round backroom staff just doesnt cut it.

I've been thinking lately..

If Roo leaves , that leaves Mata @ NO10 ( a role he excels in ) , and also 20M-40M for us.

Kagawa might leave too , the signing of mata probably means that he won't get any playtime , he would probably go .

Clev . Just let him go. He hasn't been playing well , yet he whines in the middle of the season while the team needs as much morale boost as possible. Selfish.

3 of them should give around 50m , which is good enough to sign a good LB and CM . Fork out some money for a CB and possibly LM/RM , we're good to go .

With RvP or Chica in front , Mata behind , Zaha/Adnan/AV/Another winger , Afro( if he return fully fit and with decent form ) + Carrick / Another new CM .

Of course , this is what I hope for , who knows others might leave , and we might not always get what we want .


BTW - Rio Vidic impressed me yesterday , so did Smalling ( Defensively not offensively )
