IGBReits and SunwayReits

Another dilema... bought axreit at 2.80.. should sell today to take profit? Or will it go higher?
Or silly strategy to be selling the MAKE MONEY shares to average the LOSE MONEY counters like IGB, YTLR.

ur dilema becoz the price drop ..If you looking for dividend then dont do anyting.

Axriet CEO Laboory hv idea to do what he want for the company ...if you trust him the share can go up one

BY the way mine IGBreit still stunck underwater. when i got money i juz average it...LAZY to worry so much...

Happen to me when i bought DIGI..from rm 4 shot to rm5..then going down..I sold out..becoz my If...then i sold..find anoother stock...I cant regret and look back.

my 2sen...Alot Investor have worry dilemma....once they press the panic button cant be looking back.

YTL...bought 2007..then dump after 1year ++..the stock didnt move at all...and the yield..still good.

The reason other reits offer better growth , i dont see at ytl once convert to pure Hotel reits onli.

When you bought the stock.give a study of Financial

Compare the their Financial report with current ..IF they making money EPS, their postive cash flow, NPI and etc...then juz live there.

I study my YTL reit Financiial report when i bought and every year..if not good i juz sold..

Same to mine DIGI.

Took profit on AXREIT's recent surge, dumped half of my holdings.

See if IGBREIT can go low again

I buy unker gark's opinion, (premium) mall REITs are more stable. Lower yield, nvm.

Furthermore, Axis at 3.24, I foresee (based on analysts forecast) net yield of only 5.8%, better take profit and reduce my holding.

From the latest statement of BNM, the rate movement seems unlikely for change for near future.

do i revise my buy order price or do i wait patiently for the price to go back down?hmm at one hand fear of price goes down just after i buy (which happen last august not pavilion reit but some other reit), on the other hand, will miss the boat if it continues to go up up and away!

oh pavilion reit lol.i am a long term investor focusing on dividend,maybe i shouldnt listen to Mr Market and go with what i think its the best move hopefully

it is indeed very hard to decide to buy or sell or hold any my reit at this time as they seem all so unpredictable...

after a grand fall across the board in the last few months, some recovering well (axis, pav), some barely (sunway, uoa, amanah), some looks set to go down further (ytl, igb).

my position is to do nothing, just hold them. but buy nothing more. until the haze and smog clears...

prime area, low gearing, high occupancy rate and others you name it.

its the way BURSA is, what goes down must come up. and viceversa.
