Not an issue..Not mistaken TwrReits hv 3 property

menara ING not the biggest.

MENARA HLA - NLA 396, 820 sq. ft
HP TOWERS - NLA 350, 056 sq. ft
MENARA ING- NLA 151,395 sq. ft

Total NLA - 898, 271

investor like us wont major shift from Reits to BOND..only those foreign shark to catch out.
Retail with buy when the money available.

2ndly our MGS 10 yield has move to very low during the 2008/2009 crisis.
Now the MSG is moving upward - to tighten the lending from high inflation.

And 3dly Bond and Reits are moving tandem together.. Up and down together to match the 10yr MGS yield.
