Dear forumers... I would like to ask can REIT claim LHDN tax refund of 10% witthheld? Helping my dad with filing and when I key in 10% together with the amount, the total just doesn't see correct

Fourth and final income distribution of 2.20 sen per unit in respect of the three months period from 1 October 2013 to 31 December 2013 Do I still need to deduct 10% tax from here? meaning the net dividend is 1.98sen instead of 2.20 or is it already net of tax. |

sold all my axreit. waiting to pick back at lower. 50+sen gain+dividend in 2 months, not a bad trade.
