waa rm700 for PS is a very tempting price. luckily i already have PS

modular har, i m slowly hunting for green grocer, market place and café corner. not top priority but least of all.

Too bad this one cannot be combined like Grand Emporium (or Cafe Corner) to make into a bigger building if not can consider pimping your Pet Shop.

Still, it is a very good price. Whoever hunting for it should quickly grab unless you managed to join the CS in LOM.

I won't buy if box is damaged but not everybody is a box collector or an OCD freak like me... So if just want to build Pet Shop why not?

for built box condition who cares and trash it later.

myself i opt boxes in near perfect condition like my current modulars.

i prefer near perfect box condition too. i already have one near perfect PS box. if box condition not so good, i'd pay Rm600 for PS. haha

it comes to a point most of all ppl would want to have perfect box if possible. nevertheless since item ship from overseas. do expect some minor creast. but usually with good handling. the scratches, friction and creast will be very minimal or negligable.

ok then i have a question. what about sought after sets like the so talked about the imperial flagship ? the 2 units displayed at amcorp. boxes are in no good shape major crease with dents with some minor peep hole and 1 of 4 seals detached . yet still sold out at rm1,800.00. is it because these sets are too significant. ppl willing pay not even bothered? the strong point driving factor is to have it. so lets have your viewpoints on this...

for me i don't care about the box. what i care is the content inside the box.

most of the time i would ask the oversea seller to ship to me without the box so that i can cut down the shipping cost.

box really means nothing to me, no value and will goes into rubbish bin after opened...
i took the city museum set from collector's hunt at good price due to box with water damage, actually no box also i wouldn't mind...haha
