I'm thinking those cheap sets might be UK set. Cause right now Uk have a seller selling it for £240 only.  After converting, is about rm1300.

Anyway, may i know if anyone here have the problem with network? My bro's nexus 5 randomly go from full bar to 0 bar and can't call. It returns to normal after awhile.

Eventhough its 1300, bringing in will be another job. Probably after that cost will be around 1.35-1,4 ?

It's selling in KL for RM1300+ already from most AP resellers.

they probably got it elsewhere.. unless they got it for 1300 and then redeem the tax which will be 10-20%. but its not possible for some company such as directd or satugadget to redeem tax in bulk.. so maybe they got it elsewhere which had the price cut too.

My friend who's working in Hong Kong could get it for me slightly below RM1.2k from google store. So I guess the AP sets less tax will cost RM1.1k thereabouts.

What bad about direct import oversea set is need send back to claim. Buy from local AP set they will do the job for you if anything goes wrong.

I personally rather pay a little more for local AP set.

UK set is the most expensive. Cheapest is Aussie set then HK/Japan set.

Might just be the network connection problem.

Guys... I am wondering why LG Malaysia not bringing this phone officially. Why only AP companies take this phone here. I really like this phone and would like to own one if it is thru an official distributor...

Give up the hope. Even their flagship G2 phone still hasn't been officially released here.

LG dont care about SEA market ? Even Singapore dont have it officially. Market potential here are lower than say India. India had Google Play supported Nexus 5, and Moto X going to release there officially later on as well. Fuuuuuuuu . . . .

Malaysia is always categorize as smaller market country even than Singapore. In Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China & India is top countries.

Depends on the sellers you chose to buy with.
Also, it stated on the box too.

Depend on seller but is mainly Australia, Japan these days. Most important is make sure is model D821 as only this model its LTE is compatible here. All USA sets are incompatible
Seriously forget any hopes LG Msia will bring this in

I think doesnt matter where the AP warranty from. All Nexuses are made in Korea.

You must be new to Android. All android phones ( except some China source which doesnt come w playstore) will never have such issues on app update. Firmware update no one can match Nexus as they will get it first as is google phone
