U use NIVEA which product??

I think Jinyee80 will like usual, introduce u Cetaphil & Neutrogena on the spot!!
Cetaphil make my skin smoother but use NOT still haven't see result on blackhead area
*
Yup, its a norm anyway. Lets make things easy. Two steps of CETAPHIL and NOTS, then you are done.

Remember 28 days cycle for blackhead, so you need to apply BP to eliminate it.

NIVEA is not really a good product.

Be patient, use the regimen for 2.5months, then feedback. Yup, heard of palmer, its using shark liver oil, well, we can discuss about this after your acne is clear.

Yup, they are stopping the sales of NOTS locally already. Maybe you could get PanOxy as substitution. Mask, hmm..once per week. Try pure and mild.

Is the the recommended regimen(cethapil cleanser + mosturiser and PanOxyl) suitable for me? I'm a teenage guy and i have being having acne which appears frequently. The acnes appears usually 1 or 2 around the cheek area mostly. Although they dont apear much at a time but they appear frequently. And these acne sometimes turn worse and inflamation and swelling occurs which last 1-2weeks. And some even worse. Sometimes bumps appear in a form of darkened spot and i think there is pus inside.

And my skin sometimes appear to be dry and dehydrated. Is it because of the air cond? My whole house is air conditioned and i sleep with the air cond on too.

Thanks smile.gif

Have your acne completely clear? If it does, then probably i can provide u some suggestion. Let me know your condition first.

Neutrogena does not sell NOTS in Malaysia market anymore. Perhaps you could switch to PanOxy. You can get a view of its appearance on the 1st page of this thread.

Yup, the regimen suits you. The condition happens repeatedly at the same place is because you did not clear up the remaining bacteria in the pores which this lead to another break out.

i got my acne cleared up by having a drug called co-trimazole by Ting Skin Clinic's Dr Ting located somewhere near Imbi's Sakura night club.

after having the drug for 6 months, no breakout happened. then to get rid of my oil seed, i took another drug called Nimegen (Isotetrinoin) which stops oil production and lessen my oil seed problem...

and the doctor also prescribed me a cream, it worked like a charm. for those who have severe acne, i think medical assistance is really a must. smile.gif

i tried Neutrogena before. hell, it wasn't suitable for me. sad.gif if you guys found that Neutrogena works for ya, go ahead and continue the regimen. wink.gif

Sweet potato is okie, but sea algae, I don't think highly consuming it will help because as we know that sea products contain a lots of iodine. And when you google around, you will somehow find out there's a link between acne and iodine. Over dosage of iodine will contribute to acne.

Well, Accutane is isotretinoin, a vitamin A derivative administered in pill form. It is usually taken for a period of four or five months. Doctors often recommend it to people with severe acne, the kind that can scar. Accutane is a hard-core medication which works from the inside out, shrinking the oil glands.

Accutane is widely considered the most important advance in acne treatment ever. Accutane results are often dramatic and permanent. Initially, it worked miracles. After a few weeks on Accutane, breakouts might stop dead in their tracks. Some will experienced no breakouts whatsoever for the remainder of the time you took the prescription. People with fantastic skin would come up to you and say, "I wish I had your skin". It was pretty incredible.

However, the drug is very powerful. Accutane side effects are numerous and can be severe. Bones and joints ached while one is taking the prescription. The joints have never fully returned to their pre-accutane state. One might fell very dried out during the course of accutane. Lips got severely chapped and eyes will also felt strange and dry at times.

The side effect of accutane will be severe, so its advisable that if there's no alternative, perhaps you should not take it.

Please visit the following site to obtain more info
http://www.fda.gov/cder/drug/infopage/accutane/default.htm

Neutrogena On-the-spot did not work on you, its either you use it after your accutane session or you are sensitive to BP. Please do let me know more. blush.gif

For shallow scar, microdermabrasion should help.

http://www.dermanew.com

I used to know that recently they juz have an agent in Malaysia, so the cost will not be as high as the price it was sold in the States.

Anyhow, should you intend for a more natural way, please visit http://www.elicina.com for more info.

to me, the best acne solution is still going for facial. i know this woman who is a single parent, who was highly qualified from London, who opened several branches in various hotels such as hyatt saujana and glenmarie.

but since her husband left her she closed them down..and now she's doing facial using aroma therapy essential oil products at home.

ONLY RM 85 FOR TWO PEOPLE
. it's very, very effective..and worked for a lot of people too..plus she's very friendly. for more details you guys can PM me, i can give you her details.. cuz i really pity her =/
