Have your acne completely clear? If it does, then probably i can provide u some suggestion. Let me know your condition first.

In this case, it means that your nose's pores were clogged since long time ago and it really require massive cleansing job to be done. Try to get cleansing oil and rub gently on your nose. It will gradually dispose off the residue in your pores.

Recommended cleansing oil :

1. Shu uemura cleansing oil

2. Pure and Mild pore clean up oil

i m quite interested in chemical peeling actually, becoz i have received positive comments about it from friends, they claim their face will be smoother after peeling..however,i have 1 question in mind:is chemical peeling similar to the type of skin peeling due to dry skin or sunburn??

Jinyee:

U mention that when starting tis regimen, one maybe having reddish, flaky or dryness on their face. Is it cause by BP or cetaphil itself also may causing tis?
I m not applying BP now but i m using ctaphil cleanser. After i started for 1 week ++ i can see my part of face which gt acne is a bit reddish after washing with cetaphil. Isit normal?

Thanzz

yeah,i experience this too.after using cetaphil for 2 weeks,my skin got reddish and dry, sometimes my skin peels too,but of course i apply cetaphil moisturiser as well, which works quite well to me.
