Sweet potato is okie, but sea algae, I don't think highly consuming it will help because as we know that sea products contain a lots of iodine. And when you google around, you will somehow find out there's a link between acne and iodine. Over dosage of iodine will contribute to acne.
Well, Accutane is isotretinoin, a vitamin A derivative administered in pill form. It is usually taken for a period of four or five months. Doctors often recommend it to people with severe acne, the kind that can scar. Accutane is a hard-core medication which works from the inside out, shrinking the oil glands.

Accutane is widely considered the most important advance in acne treatment ever. Accutane results are often dramatic and permanent. Initially, it worked miracles. After a few weeks on Accutane, breakouts might stop dead in their tracks. Some will experienced no breakouts whatsoever for the remainder of the time I took the prescription. People with fantastic skin would come up to you and say, "I wish I had your skin". It was pretty incredible.

However, the drug is very powerful. Accutane side effects are numerous and can be severe. Bones and joints ached while one is taking the prescription. The joints have never fully returned to their pre-accutane state. One might fell very dried out during the course of accutane. Lips got severely chapped and eyes will also felt strange and dry at times.

The side effect of accutane will be severe, so its advisable that if there's no alternative, perhaps you should not take it.

Please visit the following site to obtain more info
http://www.fda.gov/cder/drug/infopage/accutane/default.htm

Neutrogena On-the-spot did not work on you, its either you use it after your accutane session or you are sensitive to BP. Please do let me know more.  blush.gif
For shallow scar, microdermabrasion should help.

http://www.dermanew.com

I used to know that recently they juz have an agent in Malaysia, so the cost will not be as high as the price it was sold in the States.

Anyhow, should you intend for a more natural way, please visit http://www.elicina.com for more info.

i am not allergic to BP, in fact, i worshipped BP for the time being it worked for me. however, it was only a temporary solution for me and didn't help much for totally cutting off from acne. that's why i seek the doctor for help.

yes, isotetrinoin has very horrible side effect. my lips cracked very greatly even though i drank water rather crazily.

those good old days are over. my skin is acne free now but still not free from oil seeds. though it looks smooth under low lighting, i can still feel the small bumps on my face.

as for scarring, gonna seek some help later on. smile.gif

Yup, you still need to apply BP on the acne prone area. PLEASE do so if you intend to clear completely. When you are clear, then we proceed on dealing with the remaining scars.

Microdermabrasion (often referred to as Microderm) is a cosmetic procedure popular in day spas, doctors' practices, and medical spas, in which the stratum corneum (dead outermost surface of the skin) is partially or completely removed by light abrasion. Different methods include mechanical abrasion from jets of zinc oxide or aluminum oxide crystals, fine organic particles, or a roughened surface. Particles and removed material are vacuumed off through the wand/handpiece through which the abrasive particles come. Microdermabrasion is used to remove sun-damaged skin and to remove or lessen scars and dark spots on the skin. The procedure is not very painful and requires no anaesthetic. Microdermabrasion can be used medically for scar removal when the scar is raised above the surrounding skin, but is less effective with sunken scars. Microdermabrasion can also be used for treatment of acne, but must be repeated periodically to be effective.

In the past, microdermabrasion was done using abrasive crystals. In the past decade, it has become more common to use a wand with a roughened surface. This procedure requires no medical oversight and is commonly used in conjunction with facial spa treatments. These days there are a multiplicity of machines available for microdermabrasion.

Microdermabrasion is a relative newcomer to the United States. This technique was first used in Europe and adopted by United States in the late 1990s. Today, Microdermabrasion is used effectively to treat fine wrinkles, stretch marks, and scars left from moderate to severe acne. The term dermabrasion refers to the more severe procedure carried out under general or twilight anaesthesia.

Well, laser surgery will do. But, recently people in HK or Japan prefer some DIY for shallow scars by using lower portion of lactic acid or salicylic acid. You could find this info by browsing through the websites.

Yup, azelaic acid is known to fight acne but the problem is it did not really go to the root of the problem. It exfoliates the skin but it did not eliminate P.acne bacteria. To me, I would rather to eliminate the problem rather than repeatedly doing the same thing periodically and still hoping it will works in charm.

Micro Zinc-PT in the shampoo has no proof contributing to acne. To me, I would say that please do not use shampoo that is overdry, which this is not only affect your hair, but will also affect some of your facial area. Overdry shampoo meanings that after you shampoo your hair, it will be hard and dry.

Anyway, I will keep you all up to date with the ingredients in shampoo that can bring acne.

Thanks for the info. Anyway, some person might be irritated by certain product. So, its really hard to detail down everything. As I said, if you really intend to have good skin, use only water. The Diamond filtered water will do, but imagine the pollution that we are encounter, do you think with only water you can get away from the dirt and debris that you faced everyday?

I think the ingredients are ok. But one thing I am not comfortable is the perfume. Is this a product from Bio-essence? Hmm..Because they really like to use ginseng.
Thanks for the info. Anyway, some person might be irritated by certain product.
This is Ginvera product, same company with Bio-Essence.
