Just to revive the thread a little as many members do not have the time to read through all 58 pages. Choosing a hood is not as simple as comparing the suction power, high suction power hood will be noisier and it doesnt mean it is better as well.
My personal choice for hood - FOTILE EH10BQ
WHY ? 1) Easy to maintain with the extra layer of coating
2) Low noise level with silent turbine technology
3) Efficient oil filtration system (pyramid shape design with oil cup) (NOTE : Other brands with flat mesh filter and without oil cup will get clogged and suction power will reduce if you do not clean it regularly)
4) Good smoke & oil extraction with 3D air curtain technology
5) Affordable Price The package price (Hood + Hob) is in between 2 - 3k
Just drop by my showroom if you need to know more

How is the performance of rubine rs90 + agata 3b? One shop promote this combo to me. And its in my budget. Got elba also, cheaper...
And my dad not going to install the hood with ducting hose and cap.. Only use the charcoal filter. Okay or not? Give ur oppinion pls
But i'm interested with the rubine. Rubine made in taiwan or china?
Is it Rubine RCH-GEMELLO-RS90 ? if yes, the strong suction 1,600 will be very noisy. Most customers didnt notice it as they test it in exhibition or shop where it is surrounding noise cover the noise of the hood, once install at home, the noise is really unbearable.
AGATA 3B, for a three burner the hob is kinda small (780mm), you wont be able to use the middle burner. Tonia 3B will be a better choice (860mm).
What is your budget? you can also PM me or check in our FB for the promotion packages.
For budget, 1) Boxline 2 + Tonia 3B
For performance 1) IA90SM + Tonia 3B

I am looking for a 2 burner glass hob. Wondering how powerful the flame for GCG90201/90301 as its only 3.8kW? What kind of cooking can or can't be achieve?
Compared to Rubine RGH-ASSALTO2B-BL (5.0kW) which is a better buy as u are selling both?
Would a 5.3kW burner will be an overkill like Rinnai RB-2MYG?
BTW those i specified above are > 800mm wide as i like more space between burners and mostly dark in color...
Previously i am using Aerogaz, but i can't find the power of the burners and was disappointed by the time that water gets boiled and the wok is hot enuff to deep fry a fish...

kW does not equal to flame power. Posted previously, fotile GCG 90301 with 3.8kW is more powerful than a RUBINE Pepper 2 b 4.5kW. Getting a good hob is not as easy as comparing the kW only. You will need to consider distance between burner, maintenance, design, gas saving and etc. After considering all the factors, i choosen to install Fotile GCG 90301 in my house. Used it for 2 years d, this model has been upgraded twice since i install in my house, new model will have improve features
Drop by my showroom and i will show u the difference.
Rubine ASSALTO is good with strong flame power and Smart Detector but because with the smart detector feature, the burner must be fixed to the hob and cleaning it will be a trouble. If u are planning to get Rubine, i suggest IA90AT would be a better choice

You can actually read through the threads for members review, most of them wont keep on reply here as many bz working. Hence, need to spend a little more time reading previous posting. I actually posted some of my experience with Fotile GCG 90301 since i m selling it and also using it, posted photos and videos as well. I cant comment much here but anything just PM me (lowyat rules, cannot post promotions in discussion thread only through PM)
Hi zhen,
Would u delivery the hood + hob to Sarawak? Would u PM me the best price for JQG9009 and GCG 90301?

Hi zheilwane,
Thanks for the feedback. The video shown is impressive. I can see fotile GCG90301 has consistent blue flame (efficient burn) compared to the other 2. Will drop by one of these Saturdays (Sunday not open rite...)
